Since forming in Mosfellsbær, Iceland in 2012, KALEO have built a distinctive sound that blends blues-rock muscle, folk introspection and arena-sized hooks. Led by vocalist and guitarist JJ Julius Son alongside drummer David Antonsson, bassist Daniel Kristjansson and guitarist Rubin Pollock, the band became a global phenomenon with the release of 2016’s A/B, featuring enduring hits including “Way Down We Go”, “All The Pretty Girls” and “No Good”.
Since then, KALEO have amassed more than six billion global streams and over 70 international Gold, Platinum and Diamond certifications, while performing at major festivals including Coachella, Lollapalooza and Bonnaroo and selling out headline tours across North America, Europe and beyond.
