Dijon is coming to Melbourne for the first time this December, arriving off the back of a year that’s reshaped what audiences expect from him.
He’ll bring a six-piece band – the same line-up that’s powered his sets at Outside Lands, Sziget, All Points East and Forwards Festival Bristol this year. Melbourne fans will see the band live for the first time at Margaret Court Arena.

Dijon has emerged as one of contemporary music’s most distinctive voices, blending intimate songwriting, experimental production and an instinctive approach to performance. His critically acclaimed 2021 debut album Absolutely was named among the year’s best by The FADER, i-D and NPR, while its accompanying visual work further established his reputation for reimagining what a live performance could look and feel like. After stepping away from the spotlight to start a family, Dijon returned with Baby, a deeply personal and immersive follow-up that explores the disorientation, joy and vulnerability of new fatherhood.
His recent creative momentum has also seen him collaborate with Bon Iver on SABLE, fABLE and co-write, produce and perform alongside Justin Bieber on “DEVOTION”, earning two GRAMMY nominations for Album of the Year and Producer of the Year. With his singular approach continuing to blur the lines between recording, visual art and live performance, Dijon remains one of modern music’s most compelling artists.
