Melbourne Park is introducing AXS as its new Official Ticketing Partner. Please note the following ticketing conditions for your event:
- Ticketek ticket delivery for Richie Jen has been intentionally delayed. Your tickets will be issued by AXS by the end of September.
- If you purchased Ticketek tickets and don’t already have an AXS account, one will be created using the email address associated with your Ticketek booking. To access your account, reset your AXS password and follow the prompts to complete your account set up.

There are several options for your journey to Margaret Court Arena:
- Public transport is the quickest and easiest option. Before you attend, plan ahead and allow extra travel time for any major disruptions.
- Parking is available at the Eastern Plaza Car Park (Entrance D, Olympic Boulevard). We strongly recommend pre-booking as drive-up spaces are subject to availability. Bookings close at midnight the night before the event.
  - Note: Accessible parking must be booked in advance by visiting your event page on AXS and selecting Accessible Parking under Available Offers. Book early, as spaces are limited. Accessible parking bookings made through Ticketek for Richie Jen before 22 August remain valid.
Bags must be A4 size or smaller, and larger bags are not permitted.
Cloaking is available via the Information Desk at Door 7, or Show Court 3. Any prohibited items listed in the venue Conditions of Entry will not be accepted for cloaking.
All retail outlets are cashless. Any transactions must be made using a credit or debit card.

Richie Jen

Richie Jen (任賢齊) is one of Asia’s most acclaimed entertainers, with a career spanning more than three decades across music, film and television. Widely celebrated throughout Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Southeast Asia, he rose to prominence with his debut album Ask Again in 1990 before achieving pan-Asian superstardom with 1996’s Too Softhearted, which sold more than 2 million copies and established its title track as his signature hit.

Beyond music, Richie has built an extensive career on screen, appearing in more than 40 films including Gorgeous, Silver Hawk, Summer Holiday, Fly Me to Polaris and Legendary Amazons, while also making his directorial debut with All You Need Is Love. His television work includes starring roles in The Return of Condor Heroes and The New Adventures of Chor Lau Heung, as well as hosting Top Gear China and serving as a judge on Chinese Idol.
