    • There are several options for your journey to Margaret Court Arena:
      • Public transport is the quickest and easiest option. Before you attend, plan ahead and allow extra travel time for any major disruptions.
      • Parking is available at the Eastern Plaza Car Park (Entrance D, Olympic Boulevard). We strongly recommend pre-booking as drive-up spaces are subject to availability. Bookings close at midnight the night before the event. 
        • Note: Accessible parking must be pre-booked via Ticketek. We strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. 
    • To ensure a smooth entry into the venue, download your tickets to your digital wallet before arriving.
    • Bags must be A4 size or smaller, and larger bags are not permitted.
    • Cloaking is available via the Information Desk at Door 7, or Show Court 3. Any prohibited items listed in the venue Conditions of Entry will not be accepted for cloaking. 
    • All retail outlets are cashless. Any transactions must be made using a credit or debit card.
    • If you have purchased a VIP package, the event promoter will be in contact with details regarding your experience.

    British R&B singer-songwriter Ella Mai rose to global prominence with the breakout hit “Boo’d Up”, which held the number one spot for the most weeks by a female artist on the Billboard R&B Hip Hop Airplay chart. The single is now 8× Platinum, followed by the 6× Platinum “Trip”, which peaked at number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100. Her self-titled debut album, Ella Mai, has amassed nearly 6 billion streams and earned 2× Platinum certification.

    Her success has earned her a GRAMMY Award for Best R&B Song, alongside multiple Billboard Music, iHeartRadio, Soul Train, and NAACP Image Awards. Ella continued the momentum with “DFMU”, the album Heart On My Sleeve and the sold-out Heart On My Sleeve Tour. In 2024, she released the EP 3, blending her signature R&B style with reflective songwriting about love and self-awareness.
