Important Event Information
  • There are several options for your journey to Margaret Court Arena:
    • Public transport is the quickest and easiest option. Before you attend, plan ahead and allow extra travel time for any major disruptions.
    • Parking is available at the Eastern Plaza Car Park (Entrance D, Olympic Boulevard). We strongly recommend pre-booking; drive-up spaces are subject to availability. Bookings close at midnight the night before the event.
      • Note: Accessible parking must be pre-booked via Ticketek
    • Guests can be dropped off at the Northern Car Park (Entrance A, Batman Avenue) with a 20-minute drop-off window. For pick-ups, a 90-minute grace period applies for parents or guardians collecting children. A designated waiting area will also be available at St Andrews Beach Brewery (via Garden Square).
  • To ensure a smooth entry into the venue, download your tickets to your Digital Wallet.
  • Bags must be A4 size or smaller. Larger bags are not permitted.
  • Cloaking is available via the Information Desk (Door 7) or Show Court 3. Any prohibited items listed in the venue Conditions of Entry will not be accepted for cloaking.
  • All retail outlets are cashless. Any transactions must be made using a credit or debit card. 
  • Merchandise will be available for purchase on event days from 6:30pm via all internal outlets. Please note that stock is limited and subject to availability.
  • If you have purchased a VIP package, the event promoter will be in contact with details regarding your experience.

Calgary native singer, songwriter, and dancer Tate McRae has become an artist to watch, amassing over 3.5 billion career streams, over 700 million video views, a #1 Top 40 hit, and multiple #1 dance hits. Her #1 multi-platinum single, “you broke me first,” has garnered over 1.5 billion streams worldwide.
